So, I have setup a funky little URL Shortening website for myself (and for anyone else for that matter).

I realise I could just use bit.ly, TinyURL etc but that would make me the same as everybody else wouldn’t it?

You can check it out at http://smlr.ws – It’s not quite finished yet, but does the job
